Account Recovery Info

Hi,
I bought an account on player auctions. However I have waited to finish the last step which is the buyer verification process. Everything on the account looked good. However today I went to the account recovery page and one of the things it asked for was details on the first subscription payment info. However, he provided info with the account and said that the membership was paid for using bonds.

So I think that is weird that the account recovery would ask for payment info if the account only used bonds. An account I never put membership on (not even with bonds) did not ask for this information. Is this a red flag, should I be worried?

Also is it safe to do a recovery test with the info he provides? I don't want to get the account locked.
