X - Well known scammer

Very well known scammer, he's tried to sell the account "X" multiple times in the past, but these are the only threads I could find at the moment. If I can dig up another one, I'll post it.

He claims that he took X as a display name, however, not once in the past year have I seen a display name icon next to X. Not since last spring when he had the name lowercased, but even then, the name was always on the same account.




EDIT: I got a friend of mine to pose as someone interested in buying the account, here's what we got

 

Ips don't match any other account. Do you have any proof besides him selling "x" that links him to the other people selling the account?
