Maako scammed acc from me

Maako sold me his ags pure for 15m and my Zerker pure. As soon as i got access to the acc i changed the recovery questions and started having fun on it pking and such. The day before my recoverys are supposed to kick in i keep getting password is inv when i try to log in. Thinking im typing it wrong i just wait 5 mins and try again. Then i knew something was up. I get onto sythe and see this:

Now at first im thinking WTF no i didnt... then i realized what he was doing. Hes trying to do the old switcheroo on me! Scam me then put it on me for i get banned and cant do anything about it. So i talk to him and try to convince him that i didnt do anything and he refuses to give me back the acc i purchased. (which btw has about 45m of items on it)

proof he has access to the acc and tried to access bank
All i want is the acc back as it has a large amt of money on it
