Vote - Iron Knives, Mithril Arros, Mith Bolts

Better for faster training

 

Iron knives, quick xp yet cost efficient.

 

I thinly mith bolts because high hits and average speed.

 

Imo

Knives > arrows > bolts

 

Iron knives. They're thrown very quickly which allows you to gain quick experience. They are just expensive.

 

Mithril arrows gave me more xp on level 97 ranged. It gave me 45-50k while iron knives gave me 35-40k xp.

 

Well yeah. It depends on the grade of the item. You can't compare iron knives and f.e. addy arrows. But if the item grade is the same

Knives > arrows > bolts.

 

Well knives throw faster but it isnt better xp in my opinion. You should try them both. And measure the different xp rates.

 

I've been using both iron arrows and knives while training range. The arrows gave me ~29-30k xp/h, while knives gave me ~33-36k xp/h.

The arrows may hit higher, but the speed of knives declines the damage loss.
