Need help with kMiner.

Ok so my friend bought kMiner last night and need's help setting it up.

Step's We've Done:
Download Client from kMiner.org.
Make new Folder [Named it kMiner]
Extract .zip to kMiner Folder.
Now when we run the installation nothing pops up after like asking for a secret question or anything. So we tried running the runwithlowram.bat and we get the following error.

And when we try the normal run.bat we get this:


If anyone could offer any advice or anything like that I would really appreciate it. Thanks!

thats sposed to come up. the 2nd box anyways. it takes like 10 secs for the bot to load after that black screen comes up. if that doesnt work then try updating it by clicking the install with windows or the other one if you dont have windows...i forgot exactly what their called.

 

i got the exact same problem when my friend brought his kminer to my comp so i downloaded JDK but still got the same msg
