TWC request-Homer ( 8(|) Simpson

Ok, so this has been bothering me for a while, but now I feel the need to do something. This guy apparently has a method to transfer gold at 10m/hr and he has a gp shop. He also sells pins, and an ipod touch, for which he has no pictures. Now he's been on these forums for about 4 months and he has no successful trades. He does, however, have at least 5 scammer claims out against him, none formal but worth noticing. He seems to prey on leechers who don't take screenies of their trades so he has been able to escape a ban for a while now. Also he only sells gold in bulk apparently, and he claims he's trusted enough for other to go first, despite his 0 vouches.

Unfortunately we need proof to warrant a ban and there isn't enough for a TwC.
