Making 07 server looking for another coder's help.

I'm making a 07 server the goal is now to replicate runescape but make a fun enjoyable server for the players there will be no customs or anything of that sort. If you would like to help me fill this out and comment it below.

Do you have skype with a mic? Yes, but not real lean on English
What's your coding experience? 2 years doing it in college (Visual Basic C++ and Java), and 2 years out
How long have you been coding? 4 years total

At OP: You might find it hard to find some coders here. I've been trying to find a couple and even offered to pay to begin a project.
