Leaflet - Request.

Basically, I want to start a dog walking thing in my street - I need a leaflet to post through peoples doors, etc.
It must say, the times; Weekdays, 5pm - 8pm. Weekends. 3pm - 6pm.
Must add my phone number, which will be added on MSN; I'm in the UK.
Each walk will be 15minutes-30minutes long, unless stated otherwise.
Price will be chosen by the dogs owner.
