Need Help - Recover Account

Hello

I am a long time user but haven't logged on in years and cannot find my password anywhere. My old username is "Norcalkiller"

I see the previous emails in my old registered email address from the last time I had to recover my sythe account. For some reason the password reset email is not working at the moment when I try to go the route. You guys created an account for me under the name "norcalkiller recovery when I had this problem. I can provide screen shots if that helps you guys in the recovery process. Please let me know what I can provide you to ease this transition.

I do not remember my password and when I went through through the steps to try and recover it my old email "(removed)" I did not receive any email. (I checked my spam)
I believe that my original email address was (removed) (not sure if this was changed at some point.)

When I try to create a new account it shows me "Users associated with your IP address: Hetckon, norcalkiller, norcalkiller recovery"

Can you please help me recover my sythe account.

I cannot find my previous info to log back into my account. I went through the normal password recovery steps but the email sent to recover my account was sent to another email that I do not have access to. I believe I originally used (removed) to create this account back in 2014.
