Nikolayylmao offsite scammer

First of all, this was awhile ago, and I'm just reporting what I see based on the posts from the site that I can see. The story seems to be that on MPGH, niko sold his mpgh account to a known scammer. While they are supposedly different people according to the report, his personal contact email and the skype used to scam people are notably similar.

Should this not warrant a ban, I feel this is EXTREMELY sketchy behavior, and should be at the very least a TWC, if not a ban.
