The same person, trying to scam

This guy has 2 different accounts im sure of maybe 3, but he is buying RSPSPK on one account and selling on the others. He wont go first and has 0 vouches and i have 50+

AND here is his skype name but his RS name is "simply shady" which is another sythe account he also has 4b rspspk for sale and wont go first, but simply is also buying. just seems sketchy. seems like a big scam.

 

They don't seem to be the same person and I'd need to see proof of a scam attempt to ban either of them
