Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!) :

-Selling the same maxed account as seen here [2277] Selling Maxed Main acc and on Ithwolf CLOSE PLEASE
Account has the same stats/completed diaries/quest points, infernal max cape/all imbued max capes, 5 same pets (Jad, bandos, kbd, tangleroot, thermy)
-Account was sold on March 6th 2020 for 1.5b to pepsimaxkid123 and recovered around April 2th 2020 if you look at the buyer's profile. Brainless99agility is now selling the account for the same price.
- Same thread title style with brackets and capital letters [2277] Selling Maxed Main acc and [OSRS] Maxed Main 99 Attack, Strength, Defence, Hitpoints


Also happens right after his pardon was denied

 

I don't know who is this Ithwolf, and I'm willing to provide the registered email to buyer, so he can check that this account is totally different from the one quoted here
