Gnarl evading ban??

Hello I am "Gnarl"
I just tried to log in and I guess I'm getting a notice of me evading a ban?
This really just annoys me because I literally have no idea why you guys would think this and now I will have a reputation for being a "ban evader"
I dont understand how I am possibly "evading a ban".
This is the first and only account I've made on these forums.
 
What do you mean home IP? I am at home and not using a VPN or anything. I have been online during school connected to their WiFi so maybe thats why you guys think Im a different person.

So I really cant even have a different IP than normal or what? This is a bit of inconvenience for me.
