I need help.

I need help with the additional information part of recovering an account. I got my account unlocked from awhile ago, and now I forgot what I had set the password to and they won't accept the request. So is there anything I can put that like makes it get auto accepted or do I need to put certain information?

Please Help!

 

There is the recovery process you can go through. You don't need to have recovery questions to answer - but it would be helpful. If you can provide things like previous passwords, original ISP/IP, membership details, etc ... you have a chance of recovering your account.

If you can't remember that information then I'm not really sure what you can do.
