Hello! Just woke up so a bit delayed to see this report.

I'd just like to confirm foremost that it is me that he is talking to so no one doubts that.

I started with his order 10/11 am my time yesterday and completed some of the quests. A few hours in I take a break for lunch which I messaged him and then I attempted to log in again and continue, resulting in me not being able to log in. I messaged Fruity Titty about this, but I believe he was sleeping due to time zone differences so I got no reply the whole day, eg; I didn't know until now what happened.

I don't know how standard procedure is on these cases, but i'd like to atleast put my word out there that I didn't use any illegal software to complete the quests and i'm not sure what caused the ban of the account, (possibly training before my order, different IP-adress etc). One thing I have learnt though is to start using Runelite for all orders in order to get the automatic screenshot feature.

No I sadly don't have any screenshots of the quests completed, but now i know that's quite important and that's something I should of done from the start.

 

Well let it be known that the account was given to you with only 70/70/70 stats and I purchased the account from YanLiLi at exactly those stats so if you were to say the ban was from previous training on the account you would be accusing him of macroing that account. I personally don't believe that to be the case seeing his vouches and the fact I bought over 20 accounts from him and none being banned except the one I gave you to quest. The ban was caused from macroing and not account sharing so something isn't adding up. You have no proof of the work you did being legit so I am not sure where to go from here.

 

You're entirely correct with it being 70/70/70 and i'm not accusing YanLiLi or you for botting, i don't want you to think that.

I've never been in this situation before and i know that I have not been macroing on the account while completing the quests.

I'm relatively new when it comes to services and did not put a single thought into taking pictures when progress is completed and I stand by that mistake, something I have now started doing while completing an order i'm working with right now.

I don't know what the precedent in these situations are, but i'm more than happy to refund you the order amount, eg; 10m 07

 

I did use the regular client, but has since switched to Runelite for auto screenshots.

I've been trying to get ahold fruity for the Refund, but no success yet.
