Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

It's been quite a long time ago since I last was on Sythe and took part in the community and sales, it's provided me quite a lot of time to reflect on what happened and my future on Sythe. First of all I would like to clear up that what happened is still correct and the punishment was fair in being handed out to me, it was stupid to ignore my previous bad ethics and scamming and start over with a new account, something I have regretted a lot and thought over in the past 3 months. I still regret not taking the proper steps in refunding all victims and then starting my business under GlobalAction once that has been handled, it was a stupid decision and an unfair one to the victim(s).

I'd like to irritiate what I stated on my last pardon, no customers, workers, managers under Globalaction were scammed or done any harm with quite a few vouches acquired and it's something I still say today due ot the fact that it's something i'm proud of, not to defend my past at all.


If you; the community decides that I shall be allowed back on the site to continue offering my services i'll do my upmost best to continue good ethics and behaviour under the GlobalAction brand name and restore faith in it after the previous months.

What I did was stupid and unethical and something I deeply regret, i can't change past me, but I can change future me. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

Update on Pirate;
For the botting bans on accounts I had under my service i'm still not taking responsibility of this since most of the orders in question we're done by me personally, there was 1 order which was done by my worker under "Ragnaros" I believe so i'm not 100% on that since it was quite a long time ago, I remember though that said worker told me that no botting had been done on the account and i accepted it and advised him to in the future take screenshots automaticlly via runelite to avoid such problems.

Ever since these problems escalated on GlobalAction I have always used runelite and not other clients in order to get this automatic feature to avoid such problems, there once was a problem regarding botting under GlobalAction where a client got temporary banned, but after we provided these said screenshots client admitted to had been botting previously.
