Hmm at first, I thought you were actually looking for an appropriate solution only to find all you so called Mods with responsibilities all blocked me on Skype the next day after the talk we had. You will also regret you ever backed up IRL.

2.* My Skype Password was IRLSeller123 (I made this Skype THE FIRST day I joined Sythe.org and couldn't think of anything else.)

He PMed me that night not only once to confirm with me we were talking but a second time to confirm what was on the account.

I on the other-side sure did DDoS him at the time, you don't have to believe me if it's my first time or not for all I care. But I can give you my word I haven't DDoS'd him ever since and since he's the scammer here you have to take my word over a filthy scammer.


What do I want? Either IRL gets his head straight and agrees to my conditions that is; I bring a professional account maker(s) and tell him what he would take for his costs to make an exact replica of my account with no supplies taken into consideration;
That is the account maker must do the following:

Provides ALL supplies for questing/training.
Do the same exact quests which I can add here later.
Finally EXACT stats as of this picture except no 51 defence.

@ Roary / Firez you guys here are only the people that seem to make fair decisions from what I've had to deal with and from what can be seen with the naked-eye. The majority of your mods are 100% corrupt and backup for their friends.


I'm not trying to call you guys out but I've had enough; enough games for at least once and deal with me. You all have me added on Skype, maybe if you unblock me and have a session with me we can sort this out to a probable outcome.


My last words; IRL seller cannot price the account off the top of his head and bring in his Internet bill and take it out of the refund and give me a final price of 25M compensation. In that case I'd like to bring up what I COULD OF done on the account in these 3 weeks that have passed. As far as I know I can't be FORCED to take his CHUMP change refund and him requesting a pardon, I'd rather lose whatever he's going to refund and see him remain banned.

Take one of my threads/posts for serious for once (I don't know where else to post this but this is in defending my case against his pardon).

 

Needless to say I'm a little offended. I've done nothing but offer advice to you no where was I actually biased during our conversation if you can find examples show them. I'd love to see it.

You're rejecting an account made by someone on Sythe. You're rejecting reasonable payment. You're going to have to take one or the other or neither.

If you make the account and he trains it or someone else does, they won't be able to recover it, it wont be unsafe because you'd be the original owner.

 

Gangsta id suggest you watch your words wisely with accusing staff members of stuff with no proof....

 

Get an appraisal from a few acc makers on it's value and he'll pay you that - overcharge fees due to your ddosing provided he shows us proof or he'll supply you the same exact account with the same stats that is just my opinion on what I believe would be good compensation for your account. Personally I think you value your account a little higher than an account maker values it and thus will want a new account when the refund amount isn't what you expect. Also the overcharge fees are ONLY if he proves that he was overcharged with billing proof.

This is what I've done today. I found the CHEAPEST quester on Powerbot (since I am banned from here- I do not wish to do business here for multiple factors of trust as it is a huge issue and people might think I'm banned for scamming.) So I found a dude on PB with cheap Questing. I calculated all my quests and they totaled up to 48M 07 alone.

I then tell Entrr this so he could believe 75M is a reasonable offer for someone to rebuild my account. This was his reply http://prntscr.com/3r8qi2

Entrr then told me KMJT is a very trustable account maker on sythe and after contacting KMJT his respond was that the stats alone are worth 25M 07 http://prntscr.com/3r8reb As seen in the picture he stats he isn't that good with Quests. So I immediately thought OK what if I get that quester on PB to do the Quests and KMJT trains it?
That would add up To 73M 07 (excluding supplies + the items scammed off of my account).


I haven't told Entrr this yet because he simply thinks "eh your account isn't worth 75m 07 simple as that"... I think not bro.


I continued by asking ANOTHER account maker which is a very reputable user http://www.sythe.org/members/398840-rs3goldmart.html and has some experience in account building as he told me. If you do not deem him as trusted, well sorry but I do the guy has 700 + FB on Powerbot and isn't a joke.

My Skype conversation ended with him telling me my account would cost 140M 07 including 88M or so for quests ALONE, The extra money for training the stats and finally about 10M included in the 140m for the supplies needed for everything! http://prntscr.com/3r8uh6 He even gave me a reasonable time-frame of 28 days. No one does slave work these days guys.

When I made my dispute I wanted 150M 07 and like I said I'm not a slave to accept what his current offer is of 25M 07. OK, so let's take the average of those offers together. It averages out 106M 07 GP worth of WORK to make a replica of the account I had.

I am not asking for that much! I am being flexible with him and told him I'd accept 75M 07 for multiple reasons (GP prices went up... as well as things like I want to be finished with this as much as you guys want to).

Again you guys have to listen to me well you cannot be flexible with the way you are currently with IRL he's the one that scammed 2 people in the same exact way and his story still contradicts his own words to this day I was just reading me & Frace's reports in both we proved IRL could of only done it and his words were complete BS.

I've done what you asked for and whatever you say 75M 07 is still cheap to have a replica of the account I had built from scratch with no supplies, gold for god pages super energies for questing and so-on.

As far as I know "Irl seller" was supposed to begin refunding us back when he scammed us not 3 fucking weeks later, as stated by Roary on the final decision of our scam report's "IRL was responsible for both accounts as he had taken them on. If his Skype got hacked and the information somehow found that is his problem. Banning him.

He'll have to refund both parties what they lost (what they can prove they lost) and then will have to pardon. It's up to individual members of staff whether or not they believe the story."

Doesn't my frustration have a value for you guys? I guess not- He's still the scammer here and him refunding us doesn't make any difference.

75M may not be the price of your account. In any case, what someone pays to train an account isn't what it's worth in the end. I've spent around a bill and a half training my Rs3 account and it's probably worth half, if not less.

We're not pricing a finished product, we're pricing the construction of the finished product. I priced those quests individually on a well-known website and it was surplus of 80M 07 GP. Not including supplies or levels needed. KMJT's judgment is good enough for me, a further 25M 07GP to train. In excess of 100M in total.

75M 07GP for the refund is more than a reasonable compromise for both parties, considering the price of services is a little different than g4ng training it himself.
