My report is sufficient and the situation isn't in the least cleared up. So I am reposting this.

 

No not beyond a reasonable doubt. What I have is "enough, adequate". That is what sufficient means. You can't edit the dictionary. That is your skype, you are the confirmed owner of that skype. You PM'd confirming such.

 

Where is Upperstaff?

At 5:40 I PM leanbean901. He sees he's implicated his skype and sends out the spam messages as a cover up 1 minute later. My guess, he forgot I he had PM'd me at all and once he saw he did he tried to do damage control.

Really do you get a PM from all your skype contacts for every conversation? Or do you assume they are the person who owns the skype? The only way I could have seriously err'd is if I had added an impersonator. It was leanbean's skype. WHICH LEADS ME TO ANOTHER point. Leanbean does not publicly post his skype. So how did hacker dude get it? Unless this was an inside job?

They were both preparing for an exit scam.

You cannot argue a PM from a month ago is valid, thats just ridiculous. There is no hard proof lean was the person who scammed you. Also after you were scammed the first time you would have thought you would have learned your lesson. Your trade practices are far below the average traders common sense.

This situation sucks for all involved, however if you trade big sums of $ over the internet, then it is your responsibility to keep yourself safe. You didnt get a PM or use a OMM/MM either, two basic things that would have completely prevented this.

I sincerely hope you have learned a valuable lesson.
