Wtf Is A 2 H TWC

the reason for my TWC - because i used a pic of somebody elses paypal balance? the reason for this is because there were 2 people in the convo and i didnt want everybody knowing my person information. i asked the seller ( not the 1 who reported me) after, if he wished to see my current balance, and he said no its fine i could pay in rsgp not paypal funds. and btw the guy who reported me admitted to ban evading to me on msn, so i think you should do a check for other accounts on his IP address.
