    Its just the base of the cannon. That is also floating.

    It was everyone. The character behind it is the one that set it. Shouldve screenshot me and her sitting under it.

    Yes. She put them on and it was still floating and spinning.

    Didn't get a shot of it though as I had to go.

    The reason is the cannon is between the high point and the low point because the cannon cannot be inside the steps it puts it over the steps

    This really isn't a glitch. It's just a graphical error (okay, can be called a glitch, but not the one you can exploit / use for your advantage)
