The victim whose account was recovered by Abe (which I sold), was refunded by me the next day while I was abroad. The full $3500 via btc. This is a month before I was reported and this was the only account that was sold; not several like the report says/suggests. Andy & Pirate both know the victim in question, as the victim messaged them when the recovery happened.

The dates/times at the bottom also show that I returned his name back to him after I was banned on Sythe. Hopefully showing that I never had any malice before or after the report despite the ban.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

I apologise for putting the admins in a difficult situation and repercussions that came with my actions. I’d like to start with expressing my appreciation for the staff to consider my appeal.

I trusted someone who needed help under the guise of friendship, knowing what I was doing was wrong. It was a decision devoid of logic, rather on the foundation of a human connection. I deeply regret my decision; however noble the intention, I was in the wrong. I jeopardised my reputation, friendships and the commitment we’ve all made to make Sythe a trustworthy site. I’ve put in my best efforts at reparations and distanced myself from Abe. I’ve given a refund on the account, the rsn and removed all posts with Abe’s accounts weeks before any report was made on me. This appeal is not an attempt to escape justice, but an honest attempt towards striving for it. I should have never lied about being OO of the account when I wasn't, it was wrong of me to abuse my position like that.

In these last 10+ months since my ban, I’ve been able to introspectively reflect on what transpired. I’ve been able to appreciate the community we’ve built together, and value what we stand for and the quality of service and fairness we provide to all. The prompt action taken by Andy and the rest of the team, is something to be admired. It’s what we stand for as a community.

Sythe means everything to me. I’ve spent years and countless moments building my reputation, but the biggest loss are the bonds I’ve made with you all. I know it’s something I won’t be apart of again, nor do I deserve to be. It’s difficult to grasp and comment on how much this has meant to me, and is the deepest regret I have. I hope I have expressed that I'm truly sorry and that something like this would never happen again.

I hope Staff can see the good I did for this site over my five years as a Staff member, and forgive me for this one mistake.
