The account that I want the cape on has the following stats, so you know what you'll be dealing with:

73 Ranged
77 Defence
79 Hitpoints
62 Prayer
76 Magic

And I can afford whatever supplies you need.

The account I will be giving in exchange for the cape has 1.4m cash on it, along with at least 500k worth of junk, but I think it's about 1m of junk. It is 78 combat. It has the full skeleton costume from the h'ween event, a mage arena cape in the bank, and has some member's quests done (Including Monkey Madness). If you want any other info on the account, just ask. There is no PIN, and I can get rid of the recoveries if you desire me to do so.

Please only post if you are a trusted fire caper. I'd like someone who has an active shop/thread here.
