Selling $22 Survey Savvy Payout

I have had this account for a while and just kept doing surveys. Today I went to check my balance and it was at $22 dollars..

But there's one problem: I moved to Brazil. So I would like to sell the check that I can request for $22 dollars. I can change the mailing address and the name on the check to what ever.
I'm thinking around $15-$18 is good.
Would also accept a RuneScape membership and the rest on PayPal.
