Giving away a free plugin, what thread location?

Hello,

I am trying to help the community and provide code for a plugin that I made. I would like to not post all the code on here so it is leeched but have a moderator review it so it is approved maybe. I did not want to post in the marketplace since I am not selling it, but I am not sure where to post something like this? And how to find a moderator to review the code.

I built it on top of an existing plugin so a user only has to change a few lines of code themselves. To make it safer.

Any help would be great
