Its expensive as 2M if u buy your material to make it but cheap if u buy it already made. How i know? I bought the supplies and made a opulent table for my house before.

if you do fremmy trials this one dude buys flat packed furniture for the price of the supplies,,,so he gives you 2m.
peoples use these to buy d claws and stuff

 

no people i believe they updated the flatpack thing so you can't take them out of your house. so i think there a new rare item or something. not 100% positive just heard friend talking about it on teamspeak something around the flatpack line and losing 70m on the 1m things.

they have recently been slightly changed, advisor ghrim now only pays 1/10 of the cost of the supplies.(i havent confirmed my self, it might still be 100% but either way my explanation stays true)

so people will trade things for them, almost like RWT.
(this example has aprox prices off the top of my head ;D)
Player 1 has a range top for sale for 63.7m, the trade price of the range top is 50m.
player 1 sells the top to player 2 for 75 tables (1.3m market) and 48.7m cash. player 1 wears fremmy boots 3, goes to ghrim and sells them to him for 15m. 48. 7+15=63.7m, when the trade was only 50m market.

You trade opulent tables to the advisor ghrim in relleka with frem boots 3 for 108k, a lot more then the 17k trade price, however, its not worth giving 1.7m for, they are only 2m street price with junk trades, otherwise, they arent worth more then 108k.
