[ADVICE] Strength Training Free-To-Play

Due to my failed maxed Granite Mauler, I decided to recreate an account with the same combat stats as I previously achieved.
I've thus far achieved 40 Attack + 75 Strength in Free-To-Play.
I'm training at Al-Kharid Warriors and getting about 20k Strength experience per hour and am looking for something more substantial while still remaining Free-To-Play. I'm using Trout with 1 Defence, so I'm looking for something relatively low level with high Hitpoints or an abundant amount of the monsters in question; preferably close to a bank to maximise p/h gain.
Do not come here and tell me to use SoulWars for I shall do that in due time.
It's been a while since I've been such a low level (53 Combat) with low stats, so I need your help.
