I don’t even understand how this entire thing has gone on for several days. Blatant proof showing it’s the worker has been posted. The owner of the discord admitting it’s his worker. There’s so much proof and nothing has been done, it’s just mind boggling to me.

 

Actually I did request for gold back after I didn't feel safe having those scammers on my account

But they can even send that gold to a trusted provider so they can get my shit back for me

 

They admitted that the worker scammed and when we declined the offer for $820 of services they went through finding all reasons to fuck him... And their excuses are trash anyway so I'll get gen or video to review it eventually and push for zuku and exx to get DNT.. Even if it takes a few weeks I promise this ones not going away.

 

Yeah i know but initially we didn't ask for anything just a small list of your items and supplies recovered but their too poor to pay someone to do it and thats why they were trying to use your 1.7b payment to get your stuff back and they never even offered to finish the services you paid for...

So you're saying I can start services up, accept 100 orders clean all the accounts and blame it on a ticket system if no one has a video of the worker logging in and cleaning each account 1 by 1?? Thats absurd there's no way to prove it but in this situation the owner of the servicing party admitted his worker scammed and would be fired... so there alone is proof and I don't see how that was over looked.

 

Or is it because mods run services and know if they side with you that in the future if one of their 3rd world workers scam a client they'll have to repay it because they ruled in favor of a similar situation... Its too easy to just throw this under the bus and even after the owners admitted that it was a worker and he would be fired staff ignored it... They took 5 days before making an offer and wanted to make sure they could talk to staff enough before it went live. They admitted he stole from the account and we were held off from anything for 5 days after that giving them time to manipulate , lie, and create a scenario to fit them.

 

We can now confess to crimes and get away with it, crazy world

 

I've been apart of many discord servers and this has never been an excuse used... You're pretty much giving anyone using the ticket system an easy out of an account thats scammed? If they "knew" about the issues prior and didn't warn clients in their TOS stating that they are at risk by using the ticket system thats their fault too...IF THEY HONESTLY THINK that the ticket system is flawed and are still using it and it caused this then thats on them too.. if a worker "guessed a magical pin and PW" and that worker scammed its still on them as their employee scammed..

It's just like if an employee worked at a jewelry store and didn't have codes to the safe and you had a watch in there getting repaired... that worker then guessing the pin to the safe and steals everything inside including your watch.. the owner of the store would have to pay for your watch.. he wouldn't go "oops the pin wasn't safe sorry you're fucked" , and in this situation if the pin was "easy to guess" the employees, or managers of the service should say to change it or have it in their TOS that its not feasible.

If a bank has an 'easily guessable' pin to their safe and a bank robber comes in and cracks it open and steals everything, guess who's going to be punished? Not the bank that's for sure

Look here, where does it say in their TOS for Mafioso that "by accepting you are agreeing to change your PW to something not common or the pin should be complex, and no where here does it state that the ticket system isn't safe so please know if we scam you we will use this as a fallback plan"

They didn't say anything about any of this in their TOS so their TOS are invalid in this case and should have to repay spencer for the scam. No where did they ever mention to the client that his pin or password were unsafe which they knew for over a week while doing other parts of his service order.

 

They did handle it professionally until Exissential started digging for excuses. Your telling me you wouldn’t be mad if you lost 5k$ in services on an end game Ironman account?
