First off how the hell can you say its "3rd party" , or "security issues"?

Show us where it was @Spencercslv1 who created the security concern based off the TOS of the discord and or other reports made similar to this. They used the bots in their server this entire time and never had an issue with it and if they did have an issue they should of discontinued using them.. If there was an issue with the pin they should of told him to change it as well.

There's no reason they should be able to scam him for his entire iron bank then walk away without owing a penny of what is around 15-20b rebuild if paying for services..

Please provide proof of the workers deposits they are claiming had 2b and a 4b deposit? Why are we not allowed to see these things, we provided them with all runelite logs of both of spencers computers after doing so they said it was their worker who scammed and that user had a "2b deposit" we have proof of them saying it and I'm not sure why you are ignoring that fact? They admitted that the worker would be FIRED and removed from the server and after we denied their measly attempt at giving back $820 they started trying to blame spencer for everything.

Please provide proof that it was spencers fault because we have proof of them admitting it was either their servers lack of security or a worker guessed a pin and hacked BOTH OF THESE REASONS ARE THEIR FAULT?? How can you blame spencer for not being warned that their discord server was using a means of communication that would allow his account and what appears to be only his account to become compromised ?? Also why was it only till after we denied their shit offers that this is what happens?

This is absurd , to rebuild by purchasing services this will come easily to over 15b which makes this not a small case and I will want @video or @Gen on this as well @Sythe to review all of it afterwards because this a near a $10,000 usd ironman clean and we aren't going to let it go. There is absolutely no reason he should be at fault for the mistakes of the people who he paid to get his services done with... In the past spencer used them and never had any issues until a specific worker named Eslam had access to his account.

Why wasn't his account compromised back then?? He used the same ticketing system, he used the same method of sending his login information, and no where on their TOS does it say he should be held responsible..

Give us proof of why he is to blame when its their servers issues, their workers the scammer and thats been admitted, and why the fuck do they get to rape him for nearly 20b in services??? We didn't even ask for 20b back?? We asked them to get him a small list of items so he could rebuild himself, he didn't even request a fucking cash payout and he didnt ask for the entire list done..

Why would he say he was firing the guy from the discord if he hadn't of scammed ?? Why would he offer his deposit to do the service and offer to kick him from the server / business??? None of this makes sense and these rats are getting away with ruining a almost priceless ironman bank.

They admitted here it was a worker and that he would be fired... THE ONLY REASON THIS CHANGED WAS BECAUSE WE DID NOT ACCPET THEIR BULLSHIT 2B payback which is only 8% of the total amount it would cost to rebuild... We showed them his runelite files and we are happy to have staff go over his entire computer to confirm there was nothing malicious there?? We scanned his computer as soon as it happened and checked everything... If there was a hacker why wait until the user below "Eslam" logged into the account to hack him? Why wait until the ordered a fucking service from these guys to do it?

It doesn't make sense and I really hope we get one of the higher ups here because its not right, they said he scammed spence said they would fire him and once we refused the 2b offer they started reaching for any crumbs.

Look here, where does it say in their TOS for Mafioso that "by accepting you are agreeing to change your PW to something not common or the pin should be complex, and no where here does it state that the ticket system isn't safe so please know if we scam you we will use this as a fallback plan"

They didn't say anything about any of this in their TOS so their TOS are invalid in this case and should have to repay spencer for the scam. No where did they ever mention to the client that his pin or password were unsafe which they knew for over a week while doing other parts of his service order.

Hi, I was just reading through the entire Mafioso scamming situation and I believe the worker scammed the guy or the scam stemmed from him, which would result in Mafioso being held liable for the scam. Firstly, both of these pictures show blatant proof that the worker scammed and the owners are trying to fix it hence the removal of him. Now, an important thing to note here is the date of the original post being 15th oct and this picture being submitted on 20th oct. The picture also says “today at xx:xx” suggesting that it is 20th October. Now, there is a 5 day gap between this and the original post clearly suggesting that it has all been sorted out and confirmed that the worker scammed as that would what any normal business would do. Later on, the total payment to get all items back was posted and this is where things started to heat up, as you could see from the other thread. Just looking at what Spencer requested back it seems it would cost about 10B 07. Exxisential tried to get Spencer’s money from previous services to help pay for this which shows they can’t afford to pay it back or rather don’t want to. They are arguing poor security from the account owner, which is fair, but you have to see that no one in their right mind would guess it because firstly, you’d need his email to even log in.Like Exxisential said, the ticket system is flawed. This shows a lack of security from Mafioso. The only way someone would get into the account is from previously knowing the email and Spencer’s password styles. The only people who know this are Mafioso workers, proved by spencer who said he only got orders from them, which is clearly a worker scamming from Mafiosos services. If you need further evidence I’m sure you can ask them for runelite logs. This entire thing clearly shows the workers scamming and I hope you provide justice as something like this happened to me in the past. Thank you.

Agreed, only the Mafioso team and workers in my ticket would have knowledge of my login info. Also no one outside of Mafioso knew I had this order started so it just so happens that I get cleaned after starting this order and having changed my password/pin for this order? That's definitely not a coincidence lol. It was 100% a Mafioso worker/staff.

I've never had an account 'security' issue before this order was started, and my previous passwords/pins were easily guessable as well. But like you said, you'd have to know my email first.

Like YellowHat said, we have screenshots of them admitting it was their worker. And I never violated any Mafioso TOS, but yet the Sythe mods still sided with them? That's the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen. Even if Mafioso told the Sythe staff that they did it, Sythe would still side with them. Mafioso shouldn't be allowed on Sythe anymore, and there's tons of other scams they've gotten away with. But yet they're still here. Sythe needs to get their shit together.

They gave me a partial refund for the order. They did not refund me for the coal buying portion of the order because their worker 'completed' it, but then stole it from my account. What a fucking joke.

The fact that I paid for 2b gp to even start this order, why in the world would I take 1b of items off my Ironman account?
I could have used that 2b gp to buy a new account plus all the items I had on my Iron

Literally makes 0 sense

Again, why would I have just purchased 2b gold to spend on services with them to fake a hack that only got me 1b worth of items

I would have been better off selling my account with all the items on it if I really wanted to quit RS and cash out

This is when they made an offer to refund a very small amount of my items back

And as soon as Hat and I took to Sythe to dispute their offer, they changed their story and started blaming account security and Discord vulnerability after already having said it was their worker

If that's the case, any dispute opened against someone like Mafioso can just be dismissed because they blame Discord or account security
