Why do they black out some stats?

when players upload pictures?

It seems stupid to me.

 

For safty reasons. If they didn't people could look in the highscores for the name, and report them for RWT.

 

Yeah, but they cant be reported for RWT. They can rip pics. I think it is just to protect their rsn's from being spammed by noobs saying "OMFG ACC BUYER NOOB!" and stuff.

 

For Safety reasons, like Dr said. and you may well notcice they block out their name and Ip.. so Jagex doesnt ban the account.

 

I mean the stats, like it will say

8[]

[] being black paint smudge

 

cause the main selling point for that particular skill is that its above that particular number
