Feels pretty empty, as the lines/fractal thing don't really seem to be that effective- and make it look kind of LQ.

Eh, it was for a quick SOTW entry - which ends tomorrow so I don't have time to make one so I messed around - I basically pasted one Gir, added a gradient + curves, and a clipping mask.
