Tutorials Suited For Me?

I'm the type of guy who likes to learn things as I go along.
For example, I remember that my first signature was for a guy on fagex, but I learnt to make it from a direct example.

I really hate having to know the features first and THEN make a signature. That's what makes me quit most of my things.

I noticed that most tutorial websites are the latter;
Can anybody link me to tutorial websites that suit my needs?

DeviantArt is boncked full of them, so is google haha.
If you just google a specific thing that you'd like to learn, I'm a 100% sure you'll find what you need.
There's also a very good tutorial site called http://tutsplus.com/ definitely check them out, too!
