    Have done the dragon slayer quest (and get 31 magic) to wear a rune plate?

    Question: Do you need to..
    Yes you need to do dragon slayer to weaar a rune plate, but i don't think you need to have 31 magic, just 40 defence. :) if you need anymore help give us a pm :)

    No, you can just buy the map piece from the goblin now
