WTB: Steam Account for Personal Use

Hello, I came to this website in search of a steam account. I want to use this account so there are some very specific requirements and preferences, though I am fairly flexible if it is a good account. My budget is fairly high so do not worry about that.

Requirements -
* Must have reasonable amount of games
* Must have TF2 with fair amount of hours put in
* Must NOT be VAC banned anywhere
* Must be an OLD account
* Must NOT have any bad reputation on TF2 trading websites or reputation websites
* Not many people must be aware of the account on sale

Preferences -
* Can be a high level steam account

All replies must be in this format -
Years old -
Hours in Tf2-
number of games -
level on steam -
number of trades on tf2oupost if any -

I prefer to use a middle man. I will need to check everything about the account before the trade.
I would appreciate if an Admin or Mod of the site help me through this process.
