Ghost321 Scammer

Briefly explain the trade: I viewed his topic here http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1175872 and sent him a PM, he instantly responded asking me to send the monies to his PayPal account in which I did, from that point nothing happened.
How they scammed: Went straight offline on the forums and not responding to PM's, the account was not sent to me in any form.

If he sends the account I will retract all the bad comments but if he does not then I want him banned to avoid this happening to anyone else.

 

Can you prove that paypal is his? If you can, I'll PM him, and if doesn't give you what you bought or respond, I'll ban him.

The transaction was taken from my PayPal balance therefore I cannot do a chargeback, I will gladly show a screenshot of this. I only mentioned doing a chargeback to potentially scare him into giving the account.

It is actually a lie that I did not respond, I immediately sent the money and responded "while" he had an online status, he had the online status for about 5 minutes after I sent my PM then went offline so he is talking bullshit there.

If I receive the account nothing else needs to happen.

 

Yes, the PayPal image I posted shows money being sent to his PayPal which he confirmed in the PM image I also posted.

I was going to give him a second chance as he said he will give me the account, I messaged him yesterday asking him to PM me the account details or discuss on MSN. He has since been online twice today from checking his profile yet he has not sent the account or responded.

I recommend contacting him, and if he cannot provide the account or an explanation that does not contain lies like his last one then he should be banned.

I received the PM, I will be home later and will check that it works ok and post back.

If the account works I will provide positive feedback and we can cancel this claim off so it does not affect him trading in the future.

Alright. But, he's receiving a TWC for suspicious activity and having some scam reports on him.
