GFX scammed for graphics work

Creating this report on behalf of @Innuz
Scammer's profile link: GFX
Explain the service: Innuz bought a banner & 2 server GIFs/Icons for his server, the banner is incomplete and the GIFs/Icons were never made.
Amount scammed: $85
Proof that it's their Discord: His discord is posted on many of his posts, his UID is on his profile, but posted a pic in imgur to verify.
Discord ID + Unique Discord ID: Disabled#7469 395457133220462594
Proof that the service was not completed: Missing work, it's graphics so can't show that.
Other relevant trade screenshots: Imgur and discord proof, Imgur
Side note: Innuz's old discord was banned recently so he lost some pictures of chat. As GFX already has a scam report open and the screenshots prove they were talking and that GFX has blocked him without finishing work I think this is enough proof.

Hello @Bryan,

This report is missing the agreement part. Without clear agreement, we can only assume that this was a paid work and Innuz ordered a banner + other GFX.

This suggests that it was a paid work, although it's not clear:

This line suggests that there was something more than a banner ordered:

However, if we can't see a proof of the payment / full contract and full chat logs, there's no really a case here, as free work doesn't have to be delivered.

@GFX could you shed some light on this report?

Innuz can't find the transaction for the payment, if you'd like you can close the report you may or leave it open in case GFX would like to respond.

[Innuz]

I am unable to get the transaction - which is why I didn't want to open this initially. My old discord account was terminated.

GFX is now banned, however, this report is not valid.

GFX formerly known as DisabledDude scammed me.
