gfx order - Ayy

I order a avatar and a signature @ Ayy.
Paid upfront 20$ trough paypal.

Altough i received a beatifull signature, the avatar never came after repeatingly asking.
i gave him A LOT of time and i am a very patient person but this gets out of hand.
Ill post screenshots from the conversation that i have left ( recently reinstalled pc )

Since im already waiting for so long i hope we can arrange that Ayy has 48 hours from posting this report to either Refund me 10$ or complete the order by finishing the avatar.
Other suggestions are welcome, this is just my input.
