so i am thinking about buying a pc and i was going to build it my self to save some money and it sounds/looks fun. so im in the budget of 500-600$ for everything. so i was looking at this $400 pc bulid http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3f6INgYBmGo&list=SPADA5B91FFC11D251
but the prices went up and its about $600 with windows. i was wondering if you guys know the cheapest build posable that can still hold up to most games. basically the best bang for my buck.

It's basically just one click from a batch file to fix the WGA issues on Win7. Every now and then, I get the genuine Windows bullshit popup and it's easy enough to get rid of. There's really no reason to pay for an OS unless you're a business.

You can save yourself some money and get rid of the zip ties unless you're planning on kidnapping someone, the DVD drive, and the wristband.

Spend that money on a better GFX card like the R9-270.

You can also save some money on the case unless you're digging the gaming look. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811146076 Grab a fan for $5 and throw it in the front.

Edit: You also should be able to get some cheaper RAM too. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231314

I'm no expert but that seems like insanely good value for 8gb ram. Do you know if they ship to Australia for free?

Looking to build a pc with 16gb ram for max fps in the dayz standalone.

i thank that i have decided to just get 16gb of ram and put it in my macbook pro. just because its cheaper and it will help me in 2 ways. as some of you may know im a graphic designer so it will help with me being able to run multiple programs a bit easier, and faster rendering. and i will just bootcamp to play games. because when i boot camp right now it takes about 4gb of my ram and dedicates it to my graphics card because my graphics card is not the best. so when i go to play games i run out of ram quick.
so it will be a cheaper alternative for the time being. and i might get a monitor.

if anyone know where to buy a cheap but good monitor. im looking for something around 18-23in widescreen. around 100$ i was thainking about just paying about $120 for one on amazon.

You're better off saving your money and investing in a more expensive, accurate monitor when you have enough cash if you're serious about being a graphic designer.
