    Ultimate Game Card Problem.
    I bought a $20 UGC a while ago, and used it on an account. That account is now banned.

    I went to use the card on a different Runescape account, but it said that my card was already redeemed. Is there any way to use the card on a different account?

    no, the card was redeemed... it was your own fault the account got banned

    Ok for one, I think its pretty obvious it's my fault it was banned, but thanks for telling me.

    I didn't know the card was then attached to the account. I thought the card was more or less a type of credit card.
