    What R4D Quests do Pure's Do?
    I know that you can get up to adamant gloves as a pure. I was wondering what parts of Recipe for Disaster I am supposed to do to get those?

    you can do the monkey madness part as well, just use evil tree to go to the island.
    I believe its possible to go back to the island by just talking to daero now tho, not completely sure.

    you do the mm part but dont do the sir amik varze and the one that requires nature spirit

    Yes you can go back to crash island by talking to dearo after MM, you have the option to go back and the option to "train" pick go back to crash island and your pure is safe.
