Getting my old account back - please help!

Hi, I've just made this new account after being unable to remember my password for my old account "Runescape Direct", its not been accessed in over a year because frankly my interests changed and I drifted away from Runescape for a while.

I've tried all the passwords I think I would have used but I just can't remember it and I don''t know what email it was made with so I can't simply go to forgotten password, is there anyway I can prove the account is mine to have it reinstated? If I'm allowed to know the registered email then I can easily access it.
