Getting music off my iPod?

There's a guide on this in the user education section. Use the search button to find it.

Could that be it?
Seen them already, I need help with my problem from my last post ^^
Read the thread before posting please

I've seen all the guides, but if you read what I've posted below you'll see the dilemma I've been faced with.

Wonderful news!
Not.
Ok, there are apparently some songs on my ipod that are corrupt and whenever I try and copy files from "F16" to "F49" they wont go.
They wont transfer to my "My Music" file. I've tried iDump, and SharePod and neither will work!
Any suggestions?
I don't want to have to re-download 2100 songs

Try to move them on a friend's computer or something. If it still says that they're corrupted, then yea, you'll need to download the songs again.

Obviously he already has iTunes. -_-

What is the program you use, and most reccommend for taking music OFF the iPod safely, taking album artwork, music, videos, and photos off? Preferrably automatically importing it to my iTunes.
