[Question] (About) if I buy a new WoW CD Key

Right, seeing as I'm planning on selling some gold in the near future, I was wondering about a very simple thing.

If I buy a vanilla CD key (first WoW), do I have to add a game card or Credit Card straight away to get my free month? Or do I get that anyways?

No, adding a vanilla retail key to a trial account gives you a free month along with the upgrade to retail. If you are going to upgrade, do PM me and we can do Recruit a Friend if you'd like.
