Weigh day was yesterday and I weighed in at 84,4 KG, which is 0,5 KG less than last week. Not an insane amount of progress, but still pretty good. I did three 5K runs and I am improving a bit on time, but nothing too crazy. Would like to get it done under half an hour. I am still planning on going for 10k runs as well, however I already feel my ankles after 5k, so I don't want to overdue it and be out of the running for a few weeks. So will continue on doing this and hopefully soon increase to the 10k runs. Other than that not too much to mention this week, but hoping to make a bit more progress the upcoming week than previous week.
