Does anyone know a good payment gateway that does not charge a fee and just charges me like 2% per transaction I take or something like that and has good fraud protection?

Everyone I can think of has fee's but some alternatives to paypal are, payza, google checkout, moneybookers, amazon payments, Interac (Canada only), liberty reserve, bitcoins (Believe it has no fee's).
