Getonmylvl forgotten password

Hi mods I had to change my password in July ish due to when I would log in to school it said my password was older than 6 months. I have auto log in on my pc so I did post my acc sale, however I want to bump using my iPad but cannot login. The registered email is all right etc but for some reason I don't get the forgotten password email... I have looked everywhere and have tried lots of times. I have also contacted several people and have had no response which is quite disheartening but I may as well try again.
