HELP with rs acc recovery

ok so i recently maybe like a few days ago traded my rs acc for this kids acc, and it went smoothe and stuff, but he forgot to mention that another kid registured his email to it, so its been locked, i unlocked it last night, and then i just got home and pass doesnt work, so i want to recover my account but the kid set recoveries and changed them to like his own questions, so is there any other way to recover this acc back with all my old recoveries and stuff??

report him, providing you got all the evidence, so he doesnt scam any more sythe users, then providing you got all the information, message jagex though the billing query saying that you moved and the account is yours and then tell them some info, and you should be fine to recover it again.
