UE Suggestion

Just something I thought of about User Education.. There have been alot of low quality guides on there that usually get locked and sometimes infracted for posting, so why not require approval before having the guide posted, like they have in the Dispute Forum?

This will mean guides that you have been specifically told not to post about, wont be posted, as User Educators will control what goes into the forum.

Thoughts?

 

This is an idea I agree with. Whoever the HUE is should be able to approve or deny guides before they are viewable for other members. For instance, I read a guide on working out and it was despicable. 85% of the information was incorrect, and corrected each of his points.
Nonetheless perhaps more than one HUE is required to moderate these guides before they can be posted, such as the community general.

USER EDUCATION guides aren't the "User Submitted Guides" it's the User Education center.

oh and if it's something the HUE doesn't know much about, he'd need members to respond to it

 

It is part of it.
I feel enabling this in at least User Submitted Guides is necessary.

I'm not suggesting this for only preventing false information, its mostly for preventing Masturbation and Referral guides.

 

Look, it's like a stage thing.

I post a guide, then if a User Ed member can't see if it's helpful or not because maybe they don't have a strong enough knowledge on it they let us chose by either spamming shit on it or thanking them.
