Fastest way to get from 90-99 range?

I'd prefer it costed less than 30m, but if it's more I can probably deal with it.

That's expensiver than chinning.

 

Cannoning at dags would be better because of the high level seed drops and high density of them. The seeds almost cancel out the cannoning costs depending on your luck.

 

In my experience, Frost dragons are a consistent 40-50k ranged xp/hr, which all told really isn't so bad.

Don't forget that if you use hati paws your xp will be doubled for a while.

Chins are good way and will be less than 30m im sure.

 

I personally red chinned the skeleton monkeys on ape atoll from 90-99 and it cost me around 28m at the time. Super fast too.

Bot a SW, goes pretty fast imo and it's free, use your 30m for a different skill.
