    Need a f2p way from 85-99 cooking with minimal loss. Don't really care about time unless it involves me catching all the fish.

    Salmon
    Lobsters
    Swordfish

    Take your pick.

    I would suggest lobsters as I think it suits both time and cost. Also from memory, you won't burn it as your level 85 cooking, and you can sell all the cooked ones back for a minor gp loss per lobster.

    You stop burning them at 74.

    Lobsters are probably your best bet for time and money saved.

    Lobs/trout/tuna are you best bet. If you didn't care about cash you could do wines and it would take you like a day or two but it's expensive.

    If you cook tunas you can get up to80k xp an hour at alkarid, that is what I was doing at level 60 cooking at least
