Won't let me purchase membership?

Ok, so I'm trying to purchase membership for one of my SorcGarden bots and it keeps saying Payment Failed when I hit finish (from the Runescape membership payment, Paypal).

I bought it with 5 accounts and now it won't let me do 6, 7, and 8.

Any ideas? Is there a limit to the membership you can buy in 1 day?

I tried this. I tried to buy a membership by accessing it through my VPS but it still didn't work.

The only thing I can think of is that I added $10 from my bank account which is now pending (takes 3 days about). But I have $21 in my paypal reguardless of the pending money.

 

Then to be honest, I'm not sure. Maybe Jagex put a limit to prevent kids whom get access to a PayPal from going overboard.

 

I tried paying with paypal balance funds for my miner and it didn't work I had to use my bank card.

 

^ So you think it just might be a problem with Paypal atm? Or had you just registered 5ish accounts today as well?

 

Im pretty sure they will only allow a certain amount of accounts have members from a paypal / credit card / debit card at one time..
